Planning Phase:

The planning phase is the most important phase for a website. Here we figure out what your goals are, what you expect from your website, and how we are going to design the project around your needs. We also begin drawing the blueprints for our code and database structures. From experience, time spent planning is inversly proportional to time spent in the production phase and filters out mistakes--It saves you money & time!

Design Phase:

We take the plans gathered from your ideas and needs, and create a website design & graphical user interface. Our artists go to work collecting images, logos, and media related to your company and incorperate them into a composite design so you can see what your site will look like when its completed. This is the best time to make changes to the look and feel of your site since the site is still in pre-production phase.

Production Phase:

Our artists complete a website design & graphical user interface and forward it to our programmers who turn the images into a website. The site is built up as the developers incorperate database, dynamic scripts, online order forms and any other needs your business requires or requested during the planning phase.

Testing Phase:

Once the production has been completed, testing begins. We ensure that all links are working, databases are correct, code is error-free, and everything works as planned. In software development, it's impossible to completely eleminate 100% of all bugs. We try to get as close as possible to error-free within practical reason. When production and testing is completed, we upload the finished website to the live webserver.

Inspection Phase:

We announce that your site is completed, pending your inspection. You will have seven days to look at the website and request changes. If everything is good to go, the website is completed.

Maintenance Phase:

Monthly maintenance becomes more and more necessary as the size and complexity of your site grows. There are a lot of unpredictable events which may cause a website to decay or break over time (software updates, server changes, etc). If you wish to hire us to also maintain your site (highly recommended for sites we've built), we ensure that everything on your site is error-free and working properly. See our Website Maintenance Service.
